Our Sun of a million names
Each of us a chance
To wear his Golden Mask.

We who came to live
Beneath a rainbow corn Sun
One big ole giant hot tortilla.

We who hold the heart
We with minds to see
Our souls a celestial family.

We return with death
To wear the mask of the moon.
In the land of bones and precious stones.

Stars in her hair
Earth rolls to see her star.
With day again we wear
His Golden Mask.
